What type of wax do you use?
We proudly use a blend of rapeseed and coconut wax. This choice ensures our melts are not derived from genetically modified crops, contain no soy or palm materials, and are completely vegan-friendly.
Are your glitters heat resistant, solvent-free, and biodegradable?
Yes, we carefully select glitters that are cosmetic grade, heat resistant, solvent-free, and biodegradable, ensuring both safety and environmental responsibility.
What should I know before buying your wax melts?
Our wax melts are crafted from a premium blend of rapeseed and coconut wax, free from GMOs, soy, palm, and any other additives. They are vegan friendly, and our fragrance oils are never tested on animals. Each melt is CLP compliant and clearly labelled with ingredients and warnings for your safety.
How do I safely use my wax melts?
Simply place a wax melt into either your electric or tealight burner. Always use a designated, well-ventilated wax melter on a stable, heat-resistant surface, keeping it away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable items. Never leave a burning tea-light unattended, limit burn times to 4 hours, and allow the burner to cool completely before moving or cleaning.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Standard delivery to the UK usually takes an additional 2 working days.
What is your returns policy?
